ReplyDeleteI like your job, specially that in some points you added Security as an important factor because it is and sometimes we do not really pay attention to it. And about the most challenging responsibility for a HRM I totally agree with you (even if I wrote something different), it can be hard to deal with so many people specially because as you say we are all different and that is something to be aware of to avoid problems or misunderstandings.
