· Amazon communicates well with its costumers beacause when you order something you always know where you are you get a confirmation message for every procedure happening I your order, amazon communicates all the time with you. He also listens really well and pays attention to you to the things you like, the things you buy and offers you stuff related to those items. In other words, they al always tracking you.
· What mistakes did the company make, and how could they have improved the customer experience?
They have an amazing computerized voicemail which is focusing too much on efficiency but they are actually making it hard for the costumer to deal with them because is often hard to get to speak with a human being when trying to solve a problem or question that the computer can’t.
